Before submitting a complaint, please familiarize yourself with the warranty terms below:

All metal cabinets available in Jan Nowak's store come with a 6-year warranty, while electric desks are covered by a 2-year warranty. This serves as excellent protection for your purchase value and further demonstrates that placing an order in our store is a prudent choice.

The warranty covers defects in products in the form of damage to any of the mechanisms or individual parts.

The warranty does not cover situations related to theft, disappearance, or loss of the product, as well as intentional damage.

Any work performed on the product, especially repairs, results in the loss of warranty.

Under the warranty, the manufacturer may rectify the defect by replacing the product or the damaged part. Upon receiving the claim, the manufacturer will inform the Customer about the decision regarding the processed complaint. If the warranty is deemed valid, the Customer will receive a new, functional part, or if necessary, the product will be replaced with a new one. The warranty assessment period is 14 days.
