RETURNS
If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 365 days* and return the goods. Then we will make the refund for the returned goods to the bank account specified in the statement. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the only cost to the buyer is the cost of returning the goods.

REMEMBER!
After receiving the product, you can check whether it is complet, its features or functioning but only as in a stationary store. The buyer is liable for damages for the decrease in the value of the goods as a result of behavior that goes beyond the necessary actions to familiarize yourself with the item.
Art 34 of the Act on Consumer Rights 4. The consumer is liable for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, unless the entrepreneur has not informed the consumer about the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the requirements of art. 12 sec. 1 point 9.
